At Office Sanctuary, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding shipping, delivery times, and related policies.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 8-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for convenience but are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes, duties, customs, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
CARRIER DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
Office Sanctuary is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
If your package is confirmed as lost, please contact us at support@officesanctuary.com and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Office Sanctuary is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@officesanctuary.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
We may offer international shipping to select destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
