Return and Refund Policy
At Office Sanctuary, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining fair practices for our business. As a dropshipping retailer, our products are sourced from various suppliers, each with their own policies, which may influence our ability to process returns or refunds. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return request at our sole discretion to prevent abuse and ensure policy compliance. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to be considered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at returns@officesanctuary.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide clear photos and details to support your claim—we may require this to verify the issue and coordinate with our supplier.
Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if needed. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Due to supplier variations, resolution times may vary, but we aim to handle these promptly.
General Return Requests (Non-Defective Items)
If you're unsatisfied for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), contact us at returns@officesanctuary.com within 30 days of delivery to request approval. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund (minus any applicable fees)
For approved non-defective returns:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to cover handling and supplier-related expenses.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. We will inspect upon receipt and may deny refunds if items show signs of use or damage.
Do not ship items back without our explicit authorization and instructions—unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Processing
Once approved and (if required) the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank or payment provider processing may add extra time. Partial refunds account for any fees, shipping, or item condition issues.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are ineligible for returns or refunds:
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window.
- Items that have been altered, modified, or abused.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Items marked as "final sale," "clearance," or "non-returnable" at purchase.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., cushions, pillows) if packaging is opened.
Fraud Prevention and Policy Enforcement
To safeguard against abuse:
- We monitor return patterns and reserve the right to limit, deny, or investigate requests showing excessive, suspicious, or fraudulent activity (e.g., serial returns).
- Additional verification, such as proof of purchase or photos, may be required.
- We may blacklist accounts or IP addresses for policy violations.
- All decisions are final and based on our review, supplier policies, and business needs.
